Final Judgment was awarded on May 14, 2026 in Civil Case No. 2024-CA-000964, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and JOSEPH A. AWAD A/K/A JOSEPH AWAD; LISA LOUISE DACOSTA A/K/A LISA DACOSTA; CADENCE BANK; FOXWOOD ESTATES HOMEOWNER’S ASSOCIATION, INC. are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq. will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on July 6, 2026 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit::

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
