NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 24-CA-002702 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Rocket Mortgage, LLC f/k/a Quicken Loans, LLC f/k/a Quicken Loans Inc., Plaintiff and Timothy Miller a/k/a Timothy A. Miller are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Victor D. Crist, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on June 16, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
FROM THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN SOUTH 30.0 FEET, RUN THENCE WEST 39.32 FEET; RUN THENCE SOUTH 718.78 FEET; RUN THENCE WEST 268.0 FEET ALONG THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF A 50 FOOT STREET TO A POINT OF BEGINNING. FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING, CONTINUE WEST 84.0 FEET; RUN THENCE NORTH 120.0 FEET; RUN THENCE EAST 84.0 FEET; RUN THENCE SOUTH 120.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
