NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant and the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 19, 2026, in Case No. 25-CA-007879 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is Plaintiff, and LISA SHIVAN THOMPSON; RALPH JAMES KING, JR.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; STATE OF FLORIDA; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; CLERK OF COURT & COMPTROLLER OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; CITY OF TAMPA, FLORIDA; and SOUTHFORK LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants, the Office of Victor D. Crist, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m., on the 21st day of July, 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
