TO: Unknown Beneficiaries and Parties Claiming Through the Mary Jeannette Dean Living Trust, u/a/d December 6, 1991.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Petition for Declaratory Relief has been filed in the Estate of Mary Jeannette Dean to resolve a controversy regarding the proper distribution of assets of the Mary Jeannette Dean Living Trust, u/a/d December 6, 1991, including the assets in a Merrill Lynch account in the name of the Trust and ending in 6646.
This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, upon Bonnie Lee Polk, Esquire, Williams Parker Harrison Dietz & Getzen, attorneys for Kathryn Mecom as Personal Representative of the Estate of Mary Jeannette Dean, whose address is 50 Central Avenue, Eighth Floor, Sarasota, Florida 34236, on or before June 29, 2026 and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before with service on Kathryn Mecom’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition for Declaratory Relief.
