NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 20th day of May, 2026, in Civil Action No. 2026-CA-000685 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which SUGAR SHACK (US) LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a Florida limited partnership, CARMEN CAMPAGNARO, and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are the Defendants, CHARLES O. WAINRIGHT, III and CYNTHIA T. WAINRIGHT, are the Plaintiffs, Kevin C. Karnes, Clerk of Court, Lee County will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 9th of July, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
A lot or parcel of land lying in the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 35, Township 45 South, Range 24 East, Lee County, Florida, which lot or parcel is described as follows:
From the Northwest corner of said fraction of a Section run S 00° 05’ 40” East along the West line of said fraction for 432.84 feet; thence run North 51° 54’ 15” East for 356.64 feet; thence run South 64° 36’ 00” East for 125 feet; thence run Southwesterly along the arc of a curve to the left of radius 2120.00 feet (chord bearing South 24° 16’ 22” West) for 83.42 feet to the Point of Beginning.
From said Point of Beginning continue Southwesterly along the arc of said curve to the left of radius 2120.00 feet (chord bearing South 21° 43’ 35” West) for 105.00 feet; thence run North 75° 36’ 40” West for 125.25 feet to a point; thence run South 87° 53’ 37” West for 57.1 feet +/- to the waters of the Trowbridge Creek; thence run Northeasterly along said waters for 47.2 feet +/-; thence run North 51° 54’ 15” East for 131.5 feet +/- to a point; thence run South 66° 51’ 13” East for 143.21 feet to the Point of Beginning.
