NOTICE OF MEETING CHANGES
The Board of Supervisors of Renaissance Community Development District originally advertised its Fiscal Year 2026 meeting schedule on October 24, 2025. This is a notice of meeting location change for the remainder of Fiscal Year 2026. Meetings will be held at the Offices of Cole, Scott & Kissane, 5220 Summerlin Commons Boulevard, Suite 201A, Fort Myers, FL 33907 on the dates and times below.
June 8, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.
July 13, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.
August 10, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.
September 14, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.
The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law. A copy of the agenda may be obtained on the District’s Website 7 days in advance of the meeting at renaissancecdd.org or by telephone or e-mail from the offices of the District Manager, c/o Premier District Management (“District Manager’s Office”) during normal business hours: 239-690-7100; [email protected]. The meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at such meeting.
There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors may participate by remote communications technology. At the meeting location, there may be present communications technology so that any interested person can attend the meeting and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by remote communication technology.
Pursuant to provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations at the meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Manager’s Office at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the meeting. Each person who decides to appeal an action taken at these meetings is advised that person will need a record of proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon such appeal is to be based.
