NOTICE OF CHANGE
REGARDING THE AMENDED DESIGN AND SPECIFICATION MANUAL,
VOLUMES 1, 2, 3, AND APPENDIX OF THE BABCOCK RANCH
COMMUNITY INDEPENDENT SPECIAL DISTRICT
In accordance with Chapter 2007-306, Laws of Florida, as amended (“Act”) and subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., the Babcock Ranch Community Independent Special District (“District”) hereby gives notice of change to its proposed amendments to the Babcock Ranch Community Independent Special District Design and Specification Manual, Volumes 1, 2, 3, and Appendix (collectively, the “Proposed Rule”). The Proposed Rule number is 2026-37. Prior notice of rulemaking relative to the Proposed Rule was published in the Florida Administrative Register on May 26, 2026.
Changes have been made to Volume 2 to include additional requirements for wet wells. Such changes include an updated diagram in the specifications and updates to page numbers within the table of contents.
