YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a forfeiture action on the following property: 2002 FORD MUSTANG, VIN: 1FAFP40462F155089, has been filed in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to EMILY K. VANOOSTING, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office, 10750 Ulmerton Road, Largo, FL 33778, on or before JULY 2, 2026, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at 315 Court Street, Clearwater, FL 33756-5165 either before service on Petitioner’s attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition which includes forfeiture of the property: 2002 Ford Mustang, VIN: 1FAFP40462F155089.
You must keep the Clerk of the Circuit Court’s office notified of your current address. You may file a Designation of Current Mailing and E-Mail Address. Future papers in this lawsuit will be mailed or e-mailed to the addresses on record at the clerk’s office.
