YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a condominium lien on real property in Pinellas County, Florida, has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to PETER D. GRAHAM, ESQ. of ZACUR & GRAHAM, P.A., Plaintiff’s attorney whose address is 5200 Central Avenue, St. Petersburg, Florida 33707, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition. Any persons with a disability requiring reasonable accommodations should call (352) 754-4201 (V/T.D.), no later than two (2) days prior to any proceeding.
The property proceeded against is described as follows:
Unit E, Building 35, Phase IV, DEERWOOD GARDENS II, a Condominium, according to the Condominium Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 91, Page 21, et seq., as amended in Condominium Plat Book 95, Page 63, et seq., in Condominium Plat Book 95, Page 73 et seq., in Condominium Plat Book 98, Page 27, et seq., in Condominium Plat Book 99, page 83, et seq., and in Condominium Plat Book 99, page 89, et seq., and as further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 6211, Pages 2250 to 2305, inclusive, and Amendments recorded in O.R. Book 6399, page 592; O.R. Book 6479, page 1725; O.R. Book 6488, page 311; and in O.R. Book 6639, page 334; O.R. Book 6746, page 2104; and in O.R. Book 6746, page 2115, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
