NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 18, 2019, and Amended Final Judgment, Nunc Pro Tunc dated April 22, 2026 and entered in 18-004770-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff and EMZARI GAGOUA; HEATHER GAGOUA; PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 17, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
