NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE dated October 20, 2026 entered in Civil Case No. 2024 CA 000517 of the Circuit Court of the 7TH Judicial Circuit in and for Flagler County, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and CARA PARKS AND ROBERT PROCTOR, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, TOM BEXLEY, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Flagler County On Line Public Auction website: https//:www.flagler.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on November 20, 2026, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in FLAGLER County, Florida, as set forth in said FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE to-wit:
