Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 10/6/2026, in Case No.: 2026-CA-005657-O of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE COLONIES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and ALAN E. OSTRANDER, et al., is/are the Defendant(s). Tiffany Moore Russell, the Clerk of Court for Orange County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on 12/22/2026, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Condominium Unit No. 0-5, THE COLONIES, a condominium, the location of which is set out in the Declaration of THE COLONIES, a condominium, and exhibits annexed thereto, filed the 8th day of August, 1978, in Official Records Book 2919, Page 1906, Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and Amendment filed the 12th day of January, 1979, in Official Records Book 2971, Page 1398, Public Records of Orange County, Florida, having mailing address 7313A Daniel Webster Drive, Winter Park, Florida 32792.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
