Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and CARMEN H. DIAZ A/K/A CARMEN DIAZ, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Orange County’s On Line Public Auction website: https://myorangeclerk. realforeclose.com/, at 11:00 AM on February 26, 2027, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in ORANGE County, Florida, as set forth in said FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE to-wit:
