Notice is given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment on Count I, Foreclosure, and Count III, Re-Establishment of Lost Mortgage Note, and Assessment of Reasonable Attorneys’ Fees and Costs, dated July 31, 2026, and Order Granting Plaintiff’s Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale, dated October 22, 2026, in Case No. 2026-CA-001239-O of the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, in which JGP VLP JOINT REVOCABLE TRUST is the Plaintiff and DANIEL J. MUNOZ; RIVER OAKS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; and STATE OF FLORIDA are the Defendants, Joyce Boudoin, Orange County Clerk of Courts, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on November 24, 2026, the following-described property set forth in the order of Final Judgment:
Lot 67, RIVER OAKS, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 147, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
