NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 21, 2026, and entered in 25001342CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS OWNER TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF BREAN ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2023-RM7 is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JANICE L. HOOKENSON A/K/A JANICE HOOKENSON, DECEASED; RODNEY WHITWORTH; TAMMY HOOKENSON; KIMBERLY HOOKENSON; DEBBIE PALMER; DALE HOOKENSON are the Defendant(s). ROGER D.
