NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 12, 2026, in Case No. 26000120CA of the Circuit Court of the Charlotte Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and JACQUELINE COREA BUITRAGO and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JACQUELINE COREA BUITRAGO, are Defendants, the Office of Roger Eaton, Charlotte County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 11:00 AM on-line at https://www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on November 23, 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
