NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26th day of October, 2026, and entered in Case No. 25001534CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and RAUL ERNESTO IGNACIO, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SANDRA HERNANDEZ A/K/A SANDRA FRANCEDY IGNACIO, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RAUL ERNESTO IGNACIO, SANDRA HERNANDEZ A/K/A SANDRA FRANCEDY IGNACIO AND SUNCOAST CREDIT UNION are defendants. Roger D. Eaton as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 21st day of December, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
