The above-named Decedent, established a Living Trust, entitled DANIEL B. MJOLSNESS LIVING TRUST, dated October 26, 2000, last amended on September 4, 2026, died on September 9, 2026.

ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent’s Trust (and/or estate) must file their claims with a Co-Trustee listed below WITHIN THREE MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
