NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 27, 2026, issued in and for Sarasota County, Florida, in Case No. 2026 CA 002028 NC, wherein PACIFIC RBLF FUNDING TRUST is the Plaintiff, and MODERN BUILDERS, INC., T&HV INVESTMENTS LLC, THE CONCRETE FIRM, LLC, ADVANCED PLASTERING & STUCCO, INC., GULFSIDE SUPPLY, INC. and SHARP DEVELOPMENT OF SOUTHWEST FLORIDA, INC. are the Defendants.
