Final Judgment was awarded on October 29, 2026 in Civil Case No. 2026 CA 001553, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and ALICIA K. GASTON A/K/A ALICIA GASTON; GARRY C. GASTON A/K/A GARRY GASTON; HOMETAP HEI FUND IV SPV II, LLC; GOODLEAP, LLC; VILLAGIO CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on December 14, 2026 at 09:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 105, BUILDING 8, OF VILLAGIO CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK INSTRUMENT 2003257048 AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, IF ANY, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, IF ANY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
