Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the uniform default final judgment of foreclosure entered October 28, 2026, in case number 2026CA001953 in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein SOUTHSTATE BANK, N.A, as Plaintiff, and SYNGIN G. LARO, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SYNGIN G. LARO and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION, are Defendants, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the 10th day of December, 2026, the following described real property as set forth in said final judgment, to wit:
Lot 2, PARKVIEW ACRES, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 52, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH a 2025 JACB doublewide mobile home having identification numbers JACFL39649A and JACFL39649B and Florida Title Numbers 159288347 and 159288365, which mobile home titles shall be cancelled/retired. The mobile home is permanently affixed to the property.
