YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida. The nature of this action is an action to quiet title to real property.
The known defendants in this action are:
The Carlson Family Revocable Trust, together with Robert W. Carlson, Sr. and Linda S. Carlson, in their capacity as Co-Trustees of The Carlson Family Revocable Trust.
The unknown defendants in this action are described as follows:
All unknown parties, including individuals or entities, claiming any estate, right, title, lien, or interest by, through, under, or against the named Defendants or otherwise claiming any right, title, or interest in and to the subject real property described herein.

Book 1425, page 1153 and amended in O.R.
