NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 8, 2026, entered in Civil Case No.: 26-CA-003643 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE CIM TRUST 2020-R2, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2020-R2, Plaintiff, and ESTATE OF BARBARA A. PULLIN A/K/A BARBARA PULLIN, DECEASED; UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, TRUSTEES OF BARBARA A. VICTOR D. CRIST, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 24th day of February, 2027, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, BLOCK 1, ROCKY POINT VILLAGE, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
