NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff SLTATA INVESTMENTS LLC’S Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale, dated October 29th, 2026, and a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 24, 2026, entered in case having the lead case number 25-CA-7587 (consolidated with the abated case number 25-CA-9397), of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, wherein SLTATA INVESTMENTS LLC is the Plaintiff and Trusteebiz Inc. as Trustee only under the May- 2025 Land Trust, is the Defendant, Victor D. Crist as the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www. hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on December 4th, 2026 at 10:00 AM, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 26, OF HAMPTON PARK TOWNHOMES, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE
MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
More commonly known as: 12502 Castle Hill Dr., Tampa, FL. 33624 (“Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statute, Section 45.031.
