NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 2nd day of November 2026, in Case No. 25-CA-010032, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is the Plaintiff and NINA MARIE MORALES A/K/A NINA MORALES; MASON ELLIOT CEBALLOS, A MINOR, BY AND THROUGH PARENT AND NATURAL GUARDIAN MICHAEL CEBALLOS; MICHAEL NICOLAS CEBALLOS; CREEK PRESERVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; GOODLEAP, LLC; AQUA FINANCE, INC, are the Defendants. Victor D. Crist the Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk’s website for on-line auctions at 10:00 AM on the 30th day of November 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
