You are notified that Kinsale Insurance Company (“Kinsale”) has initiated an action for declaratory relief under 28 U.S.C. § 2201 against you in the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, Fort Myers Division, captioned Kinsale Insurance Company v. Rodney Phillips, Jr., Harlem Tenants Association, Inc. d/b/a Harlem Gardens Apartments, and Services-Taylor Made, Inc. and bearing Case Number 2:26-cv-01779-KCD-NPM. You are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, on Colsen Centner, Esquire, an attorney at Clyde & Co US LLP, whose address is 1221 Brickell Avenue, Suite 1600, Miami, Florida 33131, on or before December 31, 2026 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, at 2110 First Street, Fort Myers, Florida 33901, either before service on Mr. Centner or immediately after. Otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded against you in the complaint.
