NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 29, 2026, and entered in Case No. 26-CC-4014 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein SUNSET BEACH VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and Craig Fields, Amanda Fields and City of Cape Coral, a municipal corporation are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk’s website for online auctions, at 9:00 AM, on the 3rd day of December. 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 305, Building C, also known as Unit No. C-305 of Sunset Beach Villas Condominium, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1230, Page 987, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE SALE.
