LOTS 20 AND 21, BLOCK 5654, CAPE CORAL UNIT 85, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 49 THROUGH 58, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
