Szczepanski; Jefferey R. Szczepanski a/k/a Jeffery R. Szczepanski are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 09:00 AM on the 10th day of December, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 13 AND 14, BLOCK 1530, CAPE CORAL UNIT 17, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 23 THROUGH 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
