Final Judgment was awarded on October 22, 2026 in Civil Case No. 26-CA-003271, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, CROSSCOUNTRY MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff, and ASHLEY P. SIMON; JOSHUA S. SIMON; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA BY AND THROUGH THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Kevin C. Karnes will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on December 10, 2026 at 09:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 54 AND 55, BLOCK 2712, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 39, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 142 THROUGH 154, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
