NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Agreed Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated Ocotober 15, 2026, issued in and for Lee County, Florida, in Case No. 25-CA-005869 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, wherein BD CAPITAL SE LLC, is the Plaintiff and SUGAR SHACK (US) LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, SUGAR BEACH ESTATES (US) LP, MELLOW YELLOW BEACH (US) LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, CARMEN CAMPAGNARO, RICHARD GEORGE HALL, and 1000272671 ONTARIO INC., are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, KEVIN KARNES, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on December 3, 2026, at electronic sale beginning at 9:00 AM, at www.lee.realforeclose.com the following-described real property as set forth in said Agreed Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
