That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit No. 54, Building 90, of ON TOP OF THE WORLD UNIT EIGHTY-SEVEN, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 113, Pages 43 through 45, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 8416, Pages 651 through 693, inclusive of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.

A Lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Rabin Parker Gurley, P.A., Plaintiff’s Attorney, whose address is 2653 McCormick Drive, Clearwater, Florida 33759, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in The Business Observer.
