NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 21, 2026 and entered in Case No. 2026 10190 CICI, of the Circuit Court of the 7th Judicial Circuit in and for VOLUSIA County, Florida, wherein DATA MORTGAGE INC., DBA ESSEX MORTGAGE is Plaintiff and CLIFFORD WARREN RECANZONE, LLL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CLIFFORD WARREN RECANZONE, LLL; KARIN M. RECANZONE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. , AS NOMINEE FOR PARAMOUNT RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS; are defendants.
