Milau a/k/a Alissa Mialu a/k/a Alissa Milau; Unknown Spouse of Alissa Christine Milau a/k/a Alissa C. Milau a/k/a Alissa Mialu a/k/a Alissa Milau; GoodLeap, LLC; Service Finance Company, LLC, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk of Laura E. Roth, Volusia County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at www.volusia.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 5th day of November, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff’s mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
