NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment in Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 8, 2026, and entered in Case No. 11-2026-CA-001465-0001-01, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and KEVIN A. SHARPE, are defendants. Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of the Circuit Court for COLLIER, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the 1st Floor Customer Service Department -Multipurpose Room, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 22ND day of OCTOBER, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, BLOCK H, FLAMINGO ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 34 AND 35, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
