NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and for Other Relief dated September 28, 2026, issued in and for Collier County, Florida, in Case No. 25-CA-001724, wherein METROPOLITAN TOWER LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and REALTYWEALTHY.COM LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, REALTYWEALTHY LLC, PETERSON LORINS, TREETOPS OF NAPLES, SECTION I, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT #1 and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, CRYSTAL KINZEL, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on November 19, 2026, at in-person sale beginning at 11:00 AM, in the multi-purpose room on the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 the following-described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and for Other Relief, to wit:
UNIT A-2 OF TREETOPS OF NAPLES SECTION-I, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 881, PAGES 1732 THROUGH 1814, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDEMENTS THEREOF, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
