NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on September 17, 2026 in Civil Case No. 2024CA003697000000, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, SEATTLE BANK is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEE, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF MARGIE S. BLACKWELDER, DECEASED; JULIE STALNAKER; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA - DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; CITY OF HAINES CITY, FLORIDA; JUDY L. BROWN; ELAINE STEPHEN WILLIAMS A/K/A CATHERINE WILLIAMS A/K/A CATHY WILLIAMS; JAMES STEPHEN A/K/A JAMES MICHAEL STEPHEN; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com on November 16, 2026 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5 OF BOWEN’S SUBDIVISION UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 44, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
