The Board of Supervisors (“Board”) of the Solterra Resort Community Development District (“District”) will hold their regular meetings for Fiscal Year 2026-2027 at 10:00 A.M. at The Villatel Village Event Center, located at 1713 Oak Blossom Dr, Davenport, FL 33837on the following dates:

November 6, 2026
December 4, 2026
January 8, 2027
February 5, 2027
March 5, 2027
April 2, 2027
May 7, 2027
June 4, 2027
July 9, 2027
August 6, 2027
September 10, 2027
A copy of the agenda may be obtained at the office of the District Manager, Rizzetta & Company, Inc., located at 8529 South Park Circle, Suite 330, Orlando, Florida 32819, (407) 472- 2471, during normal business hours. Additionally, a copy of the agenda, along with any meeting materials available in an electronic format, may be obtained at (www.solterraresortcdd.org).
The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors or staff will participate by telephone. The meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at such meeting.
