NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 11, 2026 in Civil Case No. 2025CA005433A000BA of the Circuit Court of the TENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Polk County, Bartow, Florida, wherein ONSLOW BAY FINANCIAL LLC is Plaintiff and Frederick Mossman, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, STACY BUTTERFIELD, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 26th day of October, 2026 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 26 of YORKSHIRE, according to Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 102, pages 5 to 8, Public Records of Polk County, Florida, and that part of Lot 27 of YORKSHIRE, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 102, Pages 5 to 8 Public Records of Polk County, Florida, described as: Commence at the Northwest corner of said Lot 27, and run thence North 89 degrees 18 minutes 29 seconds East along the common line between Lots 26 and 27, a distance of 155.00 feet to the Point of Beginning, run thence South 00 degrees 16 minutes 14 seconds West 25.00 feet, run thence North 89 degrees 18 minutes 29 seconds East 166.21 feet to a point on the East boundary of said Lot 27, run thence North 00 degrees 16 minutes 14 seconds East along said East boundary 25.00 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 27, run thence South 89 degrees 18 minutes 29 seconds West 166.21 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
