NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment entered on September 9, 2026 in Case No. 2025-CA-004311, in the County Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein PLEASANT HILL ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF POLK COUNTY, INC., are the Plaintiffs and JOCELYN LOPEZ, ONIX CRUZ FIGUEROA, SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, UNKNOWN TENANT #1, and UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants, that the Polk County Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder(s) for cash at public sale at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, October 26, 2026, at, on www.polk. realforeclose.com , the following property, as set forth in the Final Judgment:
LOT 39, AS SHOWN ON THE PLAT ENTITLED “PLEASANT HILL ESTATES” , ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 168, PAGE 22 THROUGH 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, with the following street address: 146 Loblolly Lane, Davenport, FL 33837.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owners as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
