NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on September 17, 2026 and entered in Case No. 2025-CA-003377-NC in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein GUILDA BURTON, et. al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, KAREN E. RUSHING, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on October 22, 2026 at 9:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 317, RENAISSANCE I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2001000167, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 34, PAGES 39 THROUGH 39HH, AND AMENDMENT THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 750 NORTH TAMIAMI TRAIL, UNIT #317, SARASOTA, FL 34236 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
