Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 2026 CA 000852, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEE, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF CAROLYN BOYLE, DECEASED; LISA GOODWIN-SKINKLE; STEVEN GOODWIN; MARIE HICKS; MAUREEN POPEJOY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA - COMMISSIONER OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; GOODLEAP, LLC are Defendants.

LOTS 17831, 17832 AND 17833, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NO. 67, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 50, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
