NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on September 18, 2026 and entered in Case No. 2026-CA-000841 in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein KIMBERLY ANN QUALLS AND RANDOLPH QUALLS, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, KAREN E. RUSHING, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on October 22, 2026 at 9:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 130, GARDEN VILLAGE PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGES 40 THROUGH 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 5842 CALLA LILLY DR, SARASOTA, FL 34232 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
