NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 30, 2026, and entered in 2025 CA 005890 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF ANGEL OAK MORTGAGE TRUST 2023-5, MORTGAGE-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2023-5 is the Plaintiff and VLADISLAV ZHEREBNENKO; INNA P. ZHEREBNENKO are the Defendant(s). Karen E. Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on October 28, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
