You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, upon Plaintiffs’ Attorney, Jacqueline F. Perez, Esquire, whose address is KHL Law, 28100 U.S. Highway 19 North, Suite 104, Clearwater, Florida 33761, on or before November 9, 2026, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiffs’ Attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
