NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 1, 2026, entered in Case No. 2026-CA-004295-O, in the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CITY FIRST MORTGAGE CORP. is the Plaintiff and SOUTHERN PROPERTY ORLANDO, LLC., ET. AL., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, the Clerk’s website for on-line auctions at 11:00 o’clock A.M. on the 3rd day of November 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
