NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 28, 2026 in Civil Case No. 25001029CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Charlotte County, Punta Gorda, Florida, wherein ROCKET MORTGAGE, LLC F/K/A QUICKEN LOANS, LLC is Plaintiff and Tabatha Kerry a/k/a Tabatha L. Kerry, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Roger D. Eaton, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 30th day of October, 2026 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 31 and 32, Block 334, Port Charlotte Subdivision, Section 21, a subdivision, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 12A through 12G, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
