NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and for Other Relief dated September 30, 2026, issued in and for Charlotte County, Florida, in Case No. 25001343CA, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF MFA 2024-RTL3 TRUST is the Plaintiff, and MI HERRERA GROUP LLC., A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY A/K/A MI HERRERA GROUP, LLC, ISRAEL HERRERA, MAOLINE HERRERA and BURNT STORE LAKES PROPERTY OWNER`S ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants.
