NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT pursuant to the Amended Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 1, 2026 and entered in Case No. 2025-CA-002761 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein HOMETRUST BANK is Plaintiff, and EVERGLADES INTERNATIONAL FOOD MARKET, LLC, PATRICK S. TANKOO, PARRIAG TANKOO, and PDT LEGACY HOLDINGS LLC are Defendants, Crystal K.Kinzel, Collier County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: at Customer Service Department - Multipurpose Room on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the October 29, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. (EST) on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure or order, to wit:
Lot 153, Forest Park Phase III, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 39, page 49, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Property Address: 3823 Recreation Ln, Naples, FL 34116.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
