NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 29, 2026, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-2026-CA-000618-0001-01 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC, Plaintiff, and EDGAR S. CRUZ PONCE; WATERWAYS OF NAPLES HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; UNLOCK PARTNERSHIP SOLUTIONS INC.; CERVERA REAL ESTATE, INC., are Defendants.
CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Multipurpose Room in Customer Service, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on the 3rd day of December, 2026, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOT 270, WATERWAYS OF NAPLES, UNIT FIVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 89 AND 90, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
